from a house.
Video from Katonah captured
the theft on Halloween. The driver drops off a
package from Kohl's, then leaves with another package that had been left on the
porch.
Police say they used the
delivery truck's license plate to track down Eslainy Rodriguez, 24, of the
Bronx.
She's charged with larceny.
