A deceased Navy veteran's family was honored with three overdue service medals.
Anthony Giaccio served in the Pacific Ocean during World War II.
The family says they wish they could know more about their patriarch's military service.
Rep. Nita Lowey also helped the family get service records from the government.
The veteran died in 1992.
