A Powerball millionaire is about to lose their winnings if they don't come forward to claim their prize by next week.
A ticket sold at the Quick Mart on North Middletown Road in Nanuet is worth $1 million, but the prize has not yet been claimed.
A ticket matching five of the six numbers in the Dec. 11, 2013 drawing was sold there.
Under state lottery regulations, if the prize is not claimed in one year, which will occur next Thursday, the money is returned to the state.
The winning numbers were 1, 10, 13, 18, 19 and the Powerball was 27
The unclaimed ticket from last year, has all of those numbers, except the Powerball.
