The Dutchess County District Attorney's Office says suspects have been indicted in the Poughkeepsie shooting that killed a Long Island father visiting Marist for parents weekend.
The DA says Roy Johnson was indicted on charges of second-degree murder and criminal possession of a weapon. The other suspect, Devin Taylor, was indicted on a charge of criminal possession of a weapon.
The DA says Johnson entered the lobby cursing and yelling, armed with a pistol but that the clerk prevented him from going any further.
Johnson then fatally shot Paul Kutz from Long Island, according to authorities. Kutz was visiting his son at Marist College.
Johnson and Taylor are scheduled to be arraigned Friday in Dutchess County Court.
