Charges have been dropped for the man accused of attacking a Korean-American grandmother in White Plains.
The evidence isn't strong enough to prove the person arrested is responsible for the attack, according to the Westchester DA's office.
On March 9, an elderly Korean woman walking in White Plains was punched in the face. She hit her head on the ground and blacked out.
The attack is still under investigation.
