Crash seriously injures 4 in Middletown

Several people were seriously injured in a car accident in Orange County this morning.
Police say the crash happened around 7 a.m. on Route 17 in Middletown near exit 122.
Sources say four people were seriously injured, and two are in critical condition.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
