All right, let's talk about that weather again. Meteorologist Addison Green here to give us a look at what the weekend has in store for us. It's raining. Is it going to be a wash out this weekend? Addison? I think Sunday, Nikita between the two weekend days looking to be more on the washout side of things. But hey, at least we have Saturday to look forward to where it's going to be relatively a mild one and dry one as well. But then we have, we're going towards Sunday. It does turn dreary, but moving on in overnight, it's going to be those showers moving from us, but the fog will linger around. So if you're going to be out and about keep your eyes on the roads up ahead of you. And then for next week while it's mild now, it's going to turn a little bit colder, kind of like how it was earlier on this week. Now, we're watching air blood pressure head up towards the northeast. It is definitely sending a lot of moisture up this way. Thankfully, we have just rain showers falling down, cold air is being kept behind the stationary front up across portions of Canada and the northern plains. So we're not going to be talking about snow showers coming on down. Although a few spots in the Catskills may see an ice pellet mixed on in with a flake, but we're talking like 3 4000 ft in elevation. So for the most part, most of us are fine, we do have heavier rain moving on in towards Rockland County, Westchester County as well. The little cluster of yellow to orange right there and it should be heading in towards Fairfield County within the next hour or two in the Scarsdale area, showers will wrap on up between seven and 10 o'clock tonight. You can see temperatures hanging out in the mid forties and you can go on in over with very light to calm winds. That's where we're going to be seeing that moisture lingering around. Couple that with the light winds dealing with some patchy fog coming around. But first things first, the rain adding on up when this day is done, not adding up to a ton, maybe 1/10 2 10th of an inch add on up what we're going to be seeing. Potentially on Sunday, we may put down an additional inch plus in those rain gauges and this is pretty much double if not triple than what we showed you yesterday at the same time frame. So new model data that we may be seeing more moisture come through. Hence more shower activity for our Sunday. Now, eight o'clock tonight, we have the showers wrapping up in Middletown. It's still raining and pretty much at a brisk pace in Brewster of 43 degrees out towards tomorrow. We start off with mostly cloudy skies. Patchy fog will be around should burn off towards the afternoon hours. Temperatures low to mid FF coming on and not bad for December 2nd overnight from Saturday to Sunday. Here comes light rain heading on through. We'll watch more scattered showers come on in towards the midday and then you can certainly see there's a lot more yellow and orange towards the afternoon hours as buckets of rain could be coming along as a second system moves in towards the northeast. It'll be leaving us before Monday. Morning's commute is underway but dry breezy winds will come on down. Colder temperatures from Monday to Tuesday and we're gonna be seeing our temperatures struggling to get out of the thirties for Wednesday. We do slowly bounce back as we head into next weekend.
