The state's highest court has overturned the murder conviction of a Putnam County man.
It is the second time that Anthony DiPippo's conviction has been reversed.
Dippo was convicted in the 1994 murder and kidnapping of 12-year-old Josette Wright.
His first conviction was overturned. He was then convicted at a second trial.
There is no word from the Putnam County D.A.'s office if there will be a third trial.
