Cops release photo of car wanted in hit-and-run

Police say a woman was critically injured in a hit-and-run in Williamsburg. They say the 27-year-old victim was struck by a car while crossing the street. It happened just after midnight Saturday

Police say a woman was critically injured in a hit-and-run in Williamsburg.
They say the 27-year-old victim was struck by a car while crossing the street.
It happened just after midnight Saturday near the corner of Metropolitan Avenue and Rodney Street.
Officials say a taxi cab stopped to let the woman, cross but another car passed the cab and struck the woman.
The woman was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where she remains in critical condition. 
Police say the suspect was driving a gray 2000 BMW 323i with NY license plate number GZY2240.They have released a surveillance image of the vehicle.
