An Orange County man is out on bail after being arrested for allegedly growing pot.
Police say David Buck, 68, of Chester, was arrested Monday after officers seized 200 marijuana plants growing in his backyard, located at 881 Laroe Road.
Police also found dried and packaged pot ready for sale in his home during the raid.
Buck was charged with criminal possession of marijuana as a felony.
Police removed the plants by box truck.
