A Hudson Valley man who was high on drugs has been arrested for hitting and killing a pedestrian with his car, according to police.
Police say Troy Saucier, 24, of Suffern, plowed into a 65-year-old man with his Jeep.
The victim was walking on a sidewalk in New Jersey on Friday when it happened. He later died from his injuries.
Officials found Saucier unconscious in his car, reportedly under the influence of heroin. He's charged with vehicular homicide and is due in court tomorrow.
