A Connecticut brush fire is raging on in Middletown where officials say a downed powerline is to blame for sparking the blaze that has burned hundreds of acres.
The fire started Tuesday afternoon near the Airport Road and Freeman Road area.
Several towns are helping to extinguish the blaze, but it is still burning.
