Con Edison began handing out dry ice Thursday to storm victims in Yonkers who are still without power.
The utility is handing out the dry ice at the Cross Country Shopping Center and at Shonnard Place and Park Avenue. Residents say they appreciate the gesture despite the relatively cool weather Thursday.
Con Ed says they expect power to be fully restored at some point Thursday.
