A foreign exchange student accused of posting a terror threat online was back in Orangetown Justice Court this morning.
Inigo Aldecoa-Tapia allegedly threatened a massacre at St. Thomas Aquinas College on social media in October. After his arrest, investigators did a sweep of the entire campus, but found nothing.
Aldecoa-Tapia is free on bail, but ordered to stay away from campus unless accompanied by security.
Aldecoa-Tapia will continue to be represented by a public defender. His next court appearance is Dec. 8.
