Although there is no snow on the ground in the Hudson Valley, the frigid temperatures have had residents bundled up from head to toe.
Despite frigid temperatures, workers from Rolling Ridge Farms and Pane V Oro were out selling produce at the White Plains outdoor Farmers Market.
Manuel Alan, of Pane V Oro, said he was forced to sell items out of a truck because of the cold weather.
Many people out and about in the city today said they were layering their clothing and were walking as quickly as possible to get to their next destination.
