A cold front brought thunderstorms, heavy rain, gusty winds and chilly temperatures across the Hudson Valley Tuesday.
A tornado warning was also issued for parts of Westchester late Tuesday afternoon.
The National Weather Service has issued a wind advisory for parts of the region from 5 p.m. Tuesday until 2 a.m. on Wednesday. This may lead to some scattered power outages.
Once the storms pass, temperatures will drop overnight with a high of 32 degrees. A 20 mph wind will make it feel like it is in the teens. The National Weather Service has issued a freeze warning in northern Westchester from midnight until 9 a.m. Wednesday.
Wednesday will be sunny and windy with highs around 50.
