Clarkstown police: 16-year-old rescued after falling off Hook Mountain

The teen was rushed to the hospital with serious head injuries.

Police say a 16-year-old from Nyack was rescued after falling 25 to 30 feet off Hook Mountain Friday night.
Clarkstown officers say they deployed a drone to help search for the teen.
Several other departments responded, including two technical rope rescue teams who carried the teen out of the woods after 2 a.m. Saturday.
The teen was rushed to the hospital with serious head injuries.
