Michelin star chef Andrew Cain completely revamped the menus for two Northwell Health hospitals in Westchester as a reminder that staying healthy is important.
The new menus were implemented at Northern Westchester Hospital in Mount Kisco and Phelps Hospital in Sleepy Hollow.
Cain says about five years ago Northwell wanted to bring the standard of food up to the same level as its health care. He says that's why the hospitals have brought in chefs like himself to offer healthy, high-quality food.
