A Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School graduate and Chappaqua resident is one of the many voices calling for change after the shooting in Parkland, Florida.
Dori Busell graduated from the Florida school in 1996, and says she was stunned when she heard that her former school was the site of a massacre.
"I can picture the hallways, I sat in those seats, I walked through that courtyard," says Busell.
Busell says she felt helpless after the shooting, until her fellow graduates created an inspirational video that was shown during a town hall which aired Thursday night on CNN.
Also featured in the town hall were many current students who were questioning lawmakers on gun control and the NRA. Busell says she keeps watching the town hall, as it gives her hope that Parkland will rebound.
"These kids have shown that they are not giving up," says Busell. "Something should change."
Busell says she plans to  march with fellow alumni next month in New York City.
