He also praised the nonprofit's contributions in the Hudson Valley.
"I'm always looking around to see where I see hope and light and growth and service in love and a sign of confidence in the future and that's what this is all about," said Dolan.
Representatives of the organization say Catholic Charities is eager for the new location to help Orange County with behavioral health and food pantry services.
