A car slammed through the front window of a busy discount tire center in Middletown today.
It happened on Dolson Avenue. Witnesses say a woman was sitting on a bench in the store's front waiting area when the Subaru station wagon came careening into the building.
The woman was tossed across the room, witnesses say. She was taken to Orange Regional Medical Center with cuts and bruises.
The female driver of the Subaru says her gas pedal got stuck. Police are investigating the incident.
