Officials say a bus carrying adults with special needs crashed with a Jeep Monday afternoon in Bedford Hills.
The head-on collision occurred around 3:45 p.m. on South Bedford Road.
Police say the Jeep driver, a 55-year-old woman from Stamford, Connecticut, was seriously injured and transported to Westchester Medical Center. The 11 special-needs adults and their driver were taken to local hospitals. Police say their injuries are not considered life-threatening.
Officials say one of the drivers involved crossed into the oncoming lane, but they would not say whether it was the Jeep or bus.
