Brooklyn’s Haitian community celebrates Haitian Heritage Month

Members of the Haitian community in Brooklyn took to the streets to celebrate Haitian Heritage Month on Saturday.

The 2022 Haitian Culture Day was hosted by Life of Hope and their initiative called “Ayiti Nous La Toujou” – which translates to “Haiti, we are always here.”
Celebrations included a parade through Little Haiti along with live music performances
