A Bronx teen is dead after drowning in a Putnam County lake.
Kent police say the 18-year-old was swimming with friends yesterday at Kentwood Lake when he suddenly went under the water.
A dive team from the Mahopac Fire Department arrived and found him after 20 minutes. The victim was taken to Putnam Hospital Center where he was pronounced dead.
The teen's identity was withheld pending notification of his family.
