Bridgeport man charged in Norwalk bank robbery
A Bridgeport man was charged in connection to a bank robbery in Norwalk that happened in September, police say.
Eliezer Negron is charged with robbery in the first degree in connection to a bank robbery at the Fairfield County Bank on New Canaan Avenue on Sept. 21.
Police say Negron handed the teller a note demanding cash and stated he was armed, although he never showed a weapon.
Negron was arrested on Monday and is being held on a $750,000 bond.
