Loved ones gathered Tuesday for a wake remembering 18-year-old Branden Sierra – one of four teens who died in a car crash in Yonkers just days before Christmas.
It was held at St. Peter’s Church in Yonkers. He was killed along with fellow Saunders High School graduates Randy Brisbane and Tamari Watkins and Riverside High graduate Anthony Cruz.
The group of friends was driving on Culver Street before an erratic driver, 36-year-old  Devon Haywood, pummeled into their vehicle at the intersection with Riverdale Avenue, splitting the car in half. Haywood also died later from the crash.
Sierra's funeral will be held Wednesday at 10 a.m. at St. Peter’s-St. Denis Church on Ludlow Street in Yonkers.
Sierra will then be laid to rest at Mount Hope Cemetery.
More than $100,000 has been raised for all four teens' funerals through separate GoFundMe campaigns.
