A 3-year-old boy who was rushed to the hospital Wednesday after being found facedown in a Pound Ridge lake has died.
Authorities say paramedics worked feverishly to revive Nicholas Tersigni after he was pulled out of Lake Kitchawan, which borders the backyard of his grandparents' house.
By the time paramedics reached Northern Westchester Hospital Center in Mount Kisco, authorities say the child had died.
Tersigni lived with his parents in New Fairfield, Conn.
