The Blind Brook School District says it received an anonymous shooting threat by the New York State Police tip line on Wednesday.
While the anonymous caller provided only minimal information, they did refence a shooting at the Blind Brook High School.
As a result, Rye Brook police will have increased presence at the school on Thursday as an added level of security.
Out of an abundance of caution, all activities at Blind Brook High School were canceled Wednesday afternoon.
This is the third school threat in the area in two days.  The other two threats occurred at school districts in Yonkers and Mount Vernon.
