Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders will be making a campaign stop in New York City Thursday as he seeks the Democratic presidential nomination.
Select groups of Sanders supporters have been busy ahead of the New York primary, making sure voters in the Hudson Valley are prepared.
About a dozen voters, who are members of "Westchester 4 Bernie," gathered at the Harrison Public Library Wednesday night in a grassroots campaign aimed at recruiting as many Sanders supporters as possible.
Sanders' rally in the South Bronx will begin at 7 p.m. Thursday in St. Mary's Park. It comes less than three weeks before the New York primary on April 19.
