Bedford Hills man charged with felony assault, could face deportation
<p>A Bedford Hills man could be deported because of an altercation with his girlfriend. Adelso Cruz, 32, allegedly beat his girlfriend with a boot inside their home. He was arrested Friday night and was charged with felony assault. Police say immigration officials have asked them to detain Cruz, who is from Guatemala.</p>
