Beacon leaders consider changing parking code to require less spaces at new businesses, housing complexes
The council is considering several changes to city code, including a powerful one-word change: Instead of requiring new projects to have a minimum number of spaces based on their sizes, one section of the code would keep similar language, but change "minimum" to "maximum."
