Fed-up homeowners in New Rochelle say their backyards flood almost every time it rains, and they’ve had enough.
“It’s a big mess, my yard is going to be ruined come springtime,” says Michael Bull, a homeowner on Emerson Avenue.

Bull moved in six months ago when it was dry outside. A photo from a week ago shows rain puddling behind his home.  People living in the neighborhood say it’s an ongoing issue, and they hope the city can help mitigate the issue.
The city manager tells News 12 that staff will continue to evaluate the problem.
