A 3-month-old baby killed in a terror attack in Jerusalem has ties to the Hudson Valley.
Israeli authorities say a Palestinian motorist slammed his car into a crowded train station in Jerusalem, killing 3-month-old Chaya Zissel Braun, and wounding eight people, including the baby's parents.
The little girl was the only child of Chani Halpern-Braun, a native of Monsey who lives in Israel with her husband.
The baby's grandmother was heading home to Monsey at the time of the attack after a holiday visit with Chaya and her parents.
The driver of the car had reportedly served time in an Israeli prison for terrorism. He is said to have died from wounds received when shot by police.
