16h agoA police chase that began Saturday night in Orange County ended with the suspect crashing and sustaining serious injuries, authorities say.
Officials say Wallkill police were chasing a white SUV until the vehicle crashed at around 9:30 p.m. on Roosa Gap Road in Bloomingburg.
The suspect had to be flown to a hospital by helicopter, according to police.
Authorities say no police officers were hurt.
Town of Wallkill police and State police are investigating the incident.
