Man charged with murder in Hyde Park home death
State police say they found 71-year-old William Martin Wein dead inside his Hyde Park home on Oct. 6.

A man was arrested in connection with a homicide in Dutchess County.
State police say they found 71-year-old William Martin Wein dead inside his Hyde Park home on Oct. 6.
Officers later determined Wein was killed.
Upon further investigation, 31-year-old Nicholus Peterson was taken into custody Friday.
Peterson is being charged with murder.
Police have not revealed how Wein was killed.
