The woman accused of murdering her mother-in-law for money in Rockland County was expected to be arraigned this morning on new charges, but her case has been adjourned until later this week.
Peggy Nadell, 80, was found stabbed to death in her Valley Cottage home in January. Her daughter-in-law, Diana Nadell, has already been charged with having organized the killing with two accomplices.
Nadell was scheduled today to answer to charges of trying to have two witnesses killed who were set to testify against her in the murder case. However Ulster County Jail, where Nadell is being kept, had a miscommunication and didn't bring her to Rockland County Court.
Nadell is expected in Rockland County Court on Friday.
