An Armonk business is selling a unique style of pizza that will cater to those who will be celebrating Passover this week.
Yalla matza pizza is the brainchild of 9-year-old Hudson Greenstein. He came up with the idea during Passover last year at Nick's Pizza when he was craving a slice of pizza, which is forbidden during the holiday.
Using his grandmother's matzah pizza recipe, Greenstein and the team at Nick's Pizza got to work on the new creation.
Passover has not even started, and the business has already sold more than 80 matzah pies. It's been good for business at Nick's as well, according to owner Anthony Brown.
