Armed robbery suspects arrested in downtown White Plains

Two semi-automatic handguns were discovered in their car. One of them was a ghost gun with a high-capacity magazine.

A police pursuit across multiple jurisdictions ended with the arrests of armed robbery suspects in White Plains on Tuesday.
New Rochelle police say a food delivery worker told them that two armed men stole $50 and his jewelry at 16 Cliff St. around 3 p.m.
Officers were able to quickly get leads and figure out what car the suspects were driving.
Westchester County police got involved, notifying nearby police agencies, including the FBI.
Officers found the suspects in a car about 20 minutes away in the White Plains. The three men tried to run away from police but were ultimately arrested without anyone getting hurt.

The three suspects, Andrew Matthews, 27, Kassem K. Harris, 27, and Herman I. Turner, 29, all from Mount Vernon, are facing charges of robbery and criminal possession of a weapon.
