Westchester County has secured another victory in its long-running dispute over Playland Park in Rye.
An arbitration panel ruled that Standard Amusements defaulted on its agreement by refusing to operate the park for the 2025 season.

Management of Playland returned to the county in February.
The panel also determined Standard is entitled to the least number of liquidated damages.
County officials say the decision gives Westchester full and undisputed control of the park moving forward.
