A Peekskill man is facing sex charges after police say he used a social media site to send pictures of himself to a teenage girl.
State police say Alton Gayle, 22, sent sexually explicit pictures of himself to a 15-year-old Highland Falls girl via Instagram.
They say the girl's mother allegedly found the "sexts" before Gayle got a chance to meet her daughter in person.
Gayle is charged with a felony of disseminating indecent material to minors in the first degree. He was additionally charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
