The intersection of Christmas Hill, New County, South Monsey and Monsey Heights roads has been the scene of numerous accidents over the years.
Village officials psoted a photo on Facebook saying Mayor Nathan Bubel and Deputy Mayor Shimon Moses met with the Rockland County Highway Department over the weekend to discuss safety changes that are needed.
No word on what changes they're considering, but, in the meantime, larger stop signs have been installed, and crews have improved road markings.
