Airbnb rental damaged by New Year’s revelers, owner says
<p>Nicko Feinberg, a resident of Grand View-on-Hudson, rented out his home during the holidays through Airbnb. When he returned on Jan. 2, he says he found party remnants, cracked walls, damaged floors and broken railings.</p>
