AG Tong sets sights on Juul settlement funds to go toward combatting youth vaping, nicotine use

Connecticut Attorney General William Tong wants the funds from a major vape settlement to go toward combating youth vaping and nicotine use.
Connecticut is set to receive $16 million as part of a multistate settlement with Juul, totaling $438.5 million.
Tong is directing funds to the Regional Behavioral Health Action Organizations.
The settlement comes after a marketing and sales investigation.
