An accused Ulster County burglar is alleged to have struck again at the same restaurant.
Earlier this month, News 12 reported 41-year-old Shane Burr, from Highland, was arrested for a burglary in progress at the Asian Garden Restaurant on Main Street.
Now, Burr's been arrested again, accused of breaking into that same restaurant a second time.
Burr faces new charges for burglary and petit larceny. He's in Ulster County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.
Burr is due back in court in January.
