A motorcyclist died on Saturday after being struck head on by a car on Rela Avenue and Picariello Drive in Haverstraw.

The victim was identified as 38-year-old Greg Carter, who residents say lived in the neighborhood.

The driver of the car was not injured in the incident.

Police have not yet released details surrounding how the crash occurred.
