About 2,000 Bronx families will become homeowners when their apartments are converted into co-ops. Apollo Real Estate Advisors, Housing and Services recently bought the complex on Morrison Avenue for $100 million. The developer plans to convert all existing apartments into affordable co-ops for current tenants. The developer plans on spending millions for improvements to hallways, landscaping and other projects.
