The Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) has released its Fall 2024 Satisfaction Survey, revealing that 85% of Metro-North riders are satisfied with the rail service.
The survey pinpointed on-time service and accessibility as the primary reasons for this high level of satisfaction among customers.
Among the various lines, the Hudson Line received the highest satisfaction scores.
According to the MTA, fare incentives and weekend train service enhancements are expected to further improve the Metro-North experience for riders.
