Dominick Krankall spent the afternoon playing catch with pitchers Gerrit Cole, Nestor Cortes and Jordan Montgomery before the game against the Blue Jays.
Their meeting comes a few weeks after Krankall suffered third degree burns in the backyard of his home in Bridgeport.
The cause of the incident remains under investigation.
