The Norwalk Exchange Club has been doing this for about 10 years – something that brings them gratitude and sense of community.
"Anytime I can give and honor those who gave the ultimate sacrifice for me and this country – to do this in Norwalk makes me proud,” said Jimmy Booth, president of the Norwalk Exchange Club.
The display of flags is in partnership with Frank C. Godfrey American Legion Post 12.
The flags will be up until Nov. 16 and a Veteran of the Month ceremony will take place on Sunday at 11 a.m.
