Voters have approved an expansion and renovation project for the Rockland BOCES program.

More than 74% of voters were in favor.

The project includes a 52,000-square foot, two-story building with a new cafeteria, a culinary learning space and classrooms.

Construction would start in two years and comes with a price tag of about $48 million.
